After Graduating Summa Cum Laude from ASU’s College of Liberal Arts and Sciences in 2001 Colby Attended law school at ASU’s Sandra Day O’Connor School of Law.During law school Colby worked as a research assistant to a prominent professor. He then changed course and became a law clerk at Chuck Franklin Law.
After completing law school Colby Kanouse rejoined Chuck Franklin Law, first as an investigator and later as an attorney. Colby was admitted to the practice of law in 2006, and has worked at Chuck Franklin and Associates since that time. His practice has primarily focused on criminal defense, DUI defense, and all types of personal injury cases. He has also successfully prosecuted and defended multiple civil and criminal appeals, and has achieved professional success by rolling up his sleeves and getting the job done.
Good results come from a solid preparation. This is the philosophy that Colby uses on each and every case that he works on. Whether it be conducting legal research or tracking down and interviewing witnesses, he goes the extra mile to achieve the best results possible. If this is the approach that you want taken on your case, please stop by our office or give us a call.
